PATTERN BANK STORAGE DETAILS:
The Pattern Bank Storage page allows you to save the patterns you created with FunkBox, or load new patterns into the banks. Your banks will also be saved in your FunkBox iTunes folder as *.BNK files, so you can share them with other people.
If you used a version of FunkBox prior to v2.0, your old saved patterns will be available under the names OLDSAVEDBANK1, OLDSAVEDBANK2, and OLDSAVEDBANK3. Load these files into memory banks A, B, and C respectively to restore FunkBox to the state it was in before v2.0. Note that you will also need to restore the old FunkBox sounds using the Load/Save Box menu if you do not want to use our new sample sounds.
SAVING A BANK
If you wish to save one of the current pattern banks, start by pressing the SAVE button. Next, you will be prompted to choose which of the three pattern banks you want to save. Once you have done so, you will be prompted to enter a filename for that bank. Finally, you will be prompted to press the SAVE button one last time to finish saving the bank file.
LOADING A BANK
If you wish to load in a new pattern bank, start by pressing the SAVE button. Next, you will be prompted to choose which of the three memory banks you want to load the new pattern into. Now choose the pattern bank you wish to load, from the list of saved pattern banks in the pattern bank file browser on the right. Finally, press the LOAD button again to load that file into pattern bank memory.
